Overview

Delivery delay :
Delivery times are generally recorded in the BENELUX 24/48 hours and between 4 and 15 days in other countries for products in stock from the customer's order confirmation to Resilienza Luxembourg sàRL-S.

Packing and insurance:

Article 7 - Ordering

Article 8. Payment

In order to process orders validated online in the shortest possible time and provide the best service, Resilienza Luxembourg sàRL-S invites the client to pay the purchase price at the time of placing the order. Orders can be cancelled and refunded but a fixed fee of €10 will be removed from the refund that will be made. Article 9. Safety of electronic funds transfers (EFT)

The transaction procedures on the merchant site Resilienza Luxembourg sàRL-S will operate with the secure payment service provider Ogone, with headquarters in Brussels.

Article 10. Reservation

Article 11. Right of renunciation and complaints
